Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer platform systems, or interfere with other users' trading activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Intellectual Property

All platform content — including the BiggerMinds name, logo, trading interface, and proprietary algorithms — is owned by BiggerMinds.io and protected under applicable intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

BiggerMinds.io is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, user error, third-party service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control. Cryptocurrency trading carries inherent risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiggerMinds.io's aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

The platform may link to or integrate third-party services, including payment processors and blockchain data providers. BiggerMinds.io does not control those services and accepts no liability for their performance or data practices.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, two-factor authentication device, and withdrawal whitelist. BiggerMinds.io will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Your Rights

You have the right to export your trade history, request account closure, and withdraw your funds at any time, subject to identity verification requirements and any open positions being closed.

Changes to Terms

BiggerMinds.io may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect 14 days after posting unless regulatory requirements demand immediate changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
